□ 活动目的和意义：
　在世博会申办国投票决定之前，做好国际性设计邀请展，加深评委们对中国的了解; 在国际文化艺术界传播世博会主题，将“城市，让生活更美好”概念以设计艺术的形式传播到国际；传达上海申办世博会的愿望，揭示上海注重城市科技、经济、文化、环境建设的特点。

□ 提示：组织单位收到作品后，将及时给予回复函。

□ 每幅作品均需附上参赛报名表两份，其中一份贴在作品打印稿背面，另一份随作品附上。

Hosted by Tongji University, organized by Prof.Lin Jiayang, with the motif of City and Knowlege Economy, City and Cultural Exchange, City and Scientific Innovation, City and Environmental Hygiene, City Construction and Development, the EXPO 2010 Shanghai Invitational Show of International Poster Design aims to spread the concept of "city makes life more beautiful" to the world by means of manifests its characteristic of attaching great importance to science, economy, culture and environment. A florilegium of the ecellent works will be presented the each appraiser for them to know more about China. The invitation will be from August 1 to October 15, 2002. The invitees inclde AGI members, part of the members of the international Visual Design Association, Chinese graphic designer, China design collegians, etc. This activity has been approved by the Bidding Committee of "EXPO 2010 Shanghai" (For the detailed information please visit www.dolcn.com )

*The aim and meaning of the activity
Before the hosting country of the 2008 World Fair is　voted in, we hold this international design show and　compile the good works to a florilegium and present them to the appraisers of the Paris'hus deepen their understanding of China. On the other hand, the idea "City, make life more beautiful" can be spread to the world by means of artistic design. It also conveys Shanghai' enthusiasm of hosting the World Fair, and manifests its characteristic of attaching great importance to science, economy, culture and environment.

*All the designers are welcome to take part in. An admittance fee of $10 (U.S) will be charged. (Please don't attach money to your works)

*Submission:
1.Every piece of work should bear the logo( please click here and download ), the title "EXPO 2010 Shanghai" and "Organizing Committee of the EXPO Shanghai".
2.In computer-produced form, with hign resolution.(A4, no mounting)
3.In digital form (CD, MO or floppy disk, saved as JPEG or TIF, resolution no lower than 300 dpi)
4.Printing form is also acceptable. Size:70;'100cm or 60;'85cm.

2.Each piece of works should be attached with two copies of the form (One should be pasted at the back of the printed paper)
